Private Health Coaching

12 one-hour private coaching sessions with Chloe
(virtual over Zoom)

 

  • together we identify your unique goals 
     

  • you decide on the pace... tiptoe with some small changes or jump in with some bigger ones
     

  • we discuss obstacles, potential roadblocks and how to move through them 
     

  • we aim for progress, not perfection, learning from each part of the journey but always being willing to show up
     

  • you decide on the action steps for each week, with your coach adding a layer of accountability for a greater chance of success
     

  • we figure out the tools that will work best for you by understanding that the process is an experiment, with you being your own researcher and ultimately knowing yourself best
     

  • we don't aim for short-term, quick fixes, but build new habits we can practice daily that eventually become just the way we live our lives

We will work with your individual preferences: gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, pescatarian... it's up to you!
