Reset your body and brain by breaking up

with sugar, flour and junk foods for 60 days. 

 

This is not a diet. This is an experiment to see how YOU feel breaking up with sugar and junk foods for 8 weeks. Yep, no sugar or sweeteners, no flour, no alcohol and no junk food! 

Eliminating sugar and junk food can feel scary and impossible.

But it's easier than you think and there is nothing we can't do for 60 days! I will hold your hand every step of the way and we will do this

together so you feel encouraged and supported.

The food we DO eat
is nourishing, satisfying
and healing. 

We eliminate sugar, flour and junk foods but we do not restrict or skimp on portions. This is not a starvation or liquid diet.

 

We gain understanding of the quantities and eating schedules that work for us, while developing new tools and skills to ensure these changes fit into our lives.


You will come out of the 8 weeks feeling bright, clean and amazed at what you can do and how much better you feel!

Chloe is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is passionate about helping others find peace and freedom with food and their bodies, releasing the shame and blame and finding solutions to achieve multidimensional health long-term.
