I struggled for years with the frustrating ups and downs of weight loss, but three years ago I finally found a solution that works for me, I released 25 pounds and have kept it off since then.
I look back at myself over the years and wish I could have loved myself more. But I just couldn’t. There were so many times I felt out of control with food, which made me feel like something was wrong with me. Why couldn't I do this one thing when so many other areas of my life were great?
For me, the solution was learning a system around food and eating, HOW and WHAT to eat for my body, building habits to manage stress and sleep and finding support and others on the same path. It was then that I could finally feel peaceful enough to feel compassion and understanding for that person who struggled all those years. Now, I'm so grateful to who I was three years ago, because she took the brave step to try yet one more thing.
